RePEc (Research Papers in Economics)
A directory and database for scholarly communication in economics. It is an international collaboration of economics scholars and provides access to working papers, journal articles and book chapters.
The EDGAR (Electronic Data Gathering, Analysis, and Retrieval system) site provides efficient access to SEC filings, back to 1993, as well as directory information for companies required to file with the SEC.
